Tour/Project Manager Titos Vodka

Project Need

The client had an immediate need for a tour/project manager to handle an upcoming program.

• Tour Project Manager will arrive to the market at least 2 day early to survey the event space

• Coordinate with the event venue & vendors

• Plan and communicate set up and dismantle logistics to all teams involved

• Manage and operate set up and dismantle needs at each festival/event

• Will be on-site throughout the event to ensure the activation is running smoothly, the environment is clean,
manage BAs (as needed), communicate with client and handle client needs on-site as needed

The work shall be performed at the following events:

• Lollapalooza – Fly in July 26th… Events Jul 28 – Jul 31, 2022 (7 Days)
• Breakaway Music Festival – Fly in Aug 24th… Event Aug 26 – Aug 28th 2022 (6 Days)
• Sea Hear Now – Fly in Sep 15th… Event Sep 17 – Sep 18, 2022 (5 Days)
• Sound on Sound – Fly in Sep 22nd… Event Sep 24th – Sep 25th, 2022 (5 Days)
• ACL – Fly in Oct 5th… Event Oct 7th – Oct 9th 2022 (6 Days)
• ACL – Fly in Oct 12th… Event Oct 14th – Oct 16th 2022 (6 Days)
• When We Were Young – Fly in Oct 20th… Event Oct 22nd – Oct 23rd 2022 (5 Days)
• When We Were Young – Fly in Oct 27th… Event Oct 29th 2022 (4 Days)
